Third Reich Deutsche Jägerschaft luxury hunting dagger, a so-called "Hirschfänger".
An excellent etched blade on three sides shows hunting motifs and ornaments. "WMW Waffen" maker marked. Slight stains on both sides.
A genuine horn grip bearing the "DJ" emblem on the front. No chipping. Silvered tombak handle fittings. Green leather-finished scabbard with silvered tombak fittings. It has no dents.
Including the matching leather frog and hanger as well as the portepee. Fully working snap clip.
The "Hirschfänger" has a nice and matching patina.
