Description

Heer four pocket service tunic with branch piping. A nice, early Dienstrock, with four pockets and french cuffs, with pink piping along the front vertical button line. Fully lined inside, with special belt inside for better fit. These tunics were introduced in the Reichswehr era and were often used later, after transition of Reichswehr into Wehrmacht.

Branch: Panzer-Abwehr (anti-tank defense)

Shoulder boards: EM version from dark green wool, with pink piping and embroidered unit symbol and number (P 42)
Collar tabs: "Reichswehr" style of collar tabs, with pink background.
Collar: Dark green.

Breast eagle: early style of an BEVO eagle, typical for early Wehrmacht and parade tunics. Eagle was not originally attached to the tunic - it was added later at some time.

Buttons: Complete. Has special belt hooks on the back. Attachments for kragenbinde inside the collar, two hooks for closing the collar.
Lining: Silk. Partially damaged.

Award loops: Single award loop under the pocket.

Please note the pictures, as the tunic has some small moth damage on the outside.
