Description

A very rare 1st pattern "old style" visor cap for an officer with a leather visor. Collector's call this type of cap a "crusher cap". 

Piping: "light-blue" color for transport troops. One of the rarest branch you can find when it comes to a crusher cap!
Insignia: Machine-woven officer's cap eagle and wreath badge. The correct type of insignia for this cap. Period time attached by machine (wreath) and hand (eagle).

Sweat-band: Nicely worn with no damage. Dry material underneath.
Lining: Fine silk lining. Some stains. 
Visor: Leather. Quite hard.

Markings: none

A nicely worn cap in good shape. Minor moth bites.
