A period time privately purchased Heer field tunic designed like an M36 pattern. The earliest pattern was considered very elegant with its dark green collar and insignia and the preferred design of most soldiers.
Breast eagle: machine-woven NCO / officer's pattern on dark green backing. Attached by hand.
Collar tabs: hand-attached
Shoulder boards: Artillerie-Regiment 35. Kompanie 12. Oberfeldwebel boards. Sewn-in.
Lining: silk. Unmarked. No tailor's or name tag.
Buttons: Complete
No moth damage but one repaired rip to one of the sleeves.
