Description

Privately purchased four-pocket tunic from field-grey gabardine. Classic design worn by Generals with red piping along the cuffs and the collar. Red vertical piping along the button line.

All insignia are original but re-attached!

Buttons: Gilt. Complete
Breast eagle: Gold bullion hand-embroidered type for Generals. Green backing. Attached by hand.
Collar tabs: Attached by machine. A nicely matching pair. Some moth damage.
Shoulder boards: Nice patina. A matching pair in good condition.

Several loops for a long ribbon bar and awards. Postwar applied.

Fine silk lining. "J. Wenko" tailor's label as well as a quality tag. 

The tunics comes with signs of wear and partially sun bleached but no moth damage.
