A rare to find Afrikakorps matching numbers bayonet with original cotton frog.
This is an early piece with wood grips and a stamp S/174 G which is attributed to W.K:C Solingen up to the year 1937.
The blade retains much of its original bluing and is numbered 4284 h. The wood grips show signs of use and the hange shows two clean inspection marks.
The steel scabbard retains much of its tan paint and includes the matching number 4284 and also included is a cotton frog which is complete and funtional.
