A salty Heer M35 camo helmet. One of the typical M35 which had been carried on wearing during the war. This one received a nice "Zimmerit" camo paint sometime in war which covered its original applied decals. You can still see bits coming out underneath the Zimmerit. The rivets are worn off but seem to be the original ones to this helmet. The prongs are flat and look unopened.
The lining and chin strap are absolutely matching. The leather is still soft. Signs of wear. A lot of character!
The shell is Q66 marked. The size of the liner is 58.
A very nice untouched "been there" helmet with a lot of character!
