Luftwaffe visor cap for EM and NCOs. Unlike an officer's cap which was always worn with a silver bullion piping, EM and NCOs had a colored piping that indicated the branch they were serving for.
Branch: signal troops. brown piping.
Insignia: A alumimum cap eagle and wreath badge. All prongs in place.
Chin strap: textbook black strap for EM and NCOs. Correct buttons period time attached.
Lining: silver color silk.
Celluloid diamond: intact
Maker's mark: "HNE". Size 55 marked.
Sweat-band: signs of wear. Not too soft anymore.
Only a few tiny moth holes towards the bottom of the cap. Nice condition!
