Very nice Luftwaffe officer's summer visor cap. It comes with its original hand-embroidered cap eagle with white backing. The eagle was attached with two brass rings which are still there. The eagle can easily be attached again.
The reason this cap was constructed with a removable eagle is, that you can separate it from the cover to wash it. The cap is constructed with a removable white top. Typical for summer visor caps.
Embroidered cap wreath badge. Matching officer's chin strap.
Silk lining. Sweat-band with signs of wear. "Stirndruckfrei Deutsches Reichspatent" marked.
