A very early 2nd pattern Panzer wrapper which would have been worn with piping around the collar once. The rank insignia were completely removed. A Iron Cross 2nd Class and East Medal ribbon is still in place and originally attached. 

Shoulder boards were removed with their buttons. All other buttons are complete and originally attached. There are three pair of loops for three awards which show signs of wear.

The tunic comes in full size and was not cut in length as they often did. It has a typical cotton lining for the time. The lining shows a "F40" depot marking, size stamps and a "DEKAWE.Ffm." maker's mark. It is furthermore marked with the initials of the soldier.

Medium size. No moth damage. A very rare tunic well worth getting professionally re-attached with original early insignia.
