Extremely rare German M18 "cavalry" helmet which was re-issued in 1939 for the "Reichsluftschutzbund". It comes with period time blue-grey Luftschutz paint and an original decal attached to the front. The swastika is partially damaged. The dome is "39" dated. The helmet is named to the side. There is a barely readable maker and size marking. ET64 (?). Furthermore, the helmet comes with period time attached chin strap.
The liner with rivets is missing.
