Luftwaffe single decal helmet M40. SE64 marked shell. The shell looks to have been overpainted red and black once and might have been used as a firebrigade helmet post war. There is original blue and green paint left. The shell was certainly restored once. Leather liner still flexible and with its original cord. The rear seam has opened. Size 56. The prongs of the rivets are quite flat.
