Very early Heer visor cap around 1935/36. To a soldier serving with Artillerie-Regiment 17. "10. (E.) / A.R.17" unit marked underneath the sweat-band. Celluloid diamond with a barely readably round maker's mark. Rests of a paper name tag visible.
This cap caps with replaced insignia and a replaced officer's chin strap. All insignia, however, are original.
