Untouched Waffen-SS M42 helmet issued with a single decal. The helmet comes most of the original fieldgrey factory color, however, there are a few scratches and light rust. The SS decal has the typical "champagne" color and is about 90-95%. The shell is EF62 stamped and "2097" lot numbered.
The helmet comes with its 100% original attached lining. The rivets are original attached and the prongs are absolutely flat and very never bent. Parts of the original chin strap are in place as well. The lining is dry and very fragile. Parts are missing.
A very nice helmet which will look stunning once restored with a nicer original liner!
