Nickel-plated steel blade showing the etched motto "Meine Ehre heißt Treue" and the maker's mark of Carl Eickhorn. The "Röhm" dedication on the reverse has been completely removed. After the "Röhm-Putsch", all dedications had to be removed from the daggers.
Black wooden handle with inlaid SS roundel and eagle. It has a fine stress crack and a tiny chip on the back. Early nickel crossguards. "III" stamped on the lower crossguard (Reichszeugmeisterei Berlin). It looks like it was cleaned once.
Anodized steel scabbard with matching nickel fittings. All screws are present and have been opened once. A screw was replaced. Minor "dents" on the upper fitting.
Comes with a black leather hanger. Fully working snap clip.
