A stunning Heer M35 double decal helmet which was re-issued in the 1940s with a dark grey paint in the field. The original apple grey factory color can be seen where the field paint has worn off. The black-white-red decal was overpainted. You can see it is still below. The eagle decal is about 90%.
Q66 stamped shell. Size 58 liner which is absolutely original to the helmet. The prongs of the rivets look never opened.
Fine unmarked chin strap. It also looks to be perfectly matching.
A great untouched "been there" helmet with character! Not easy to find these days!
