Outstanding Heer M35 double decal helmet in nearly unworn condition. Available on the market for the first time. Owned by a aristocratic officer. The name will be provided to the buyer.
M35 helmet issued with both decals around 1938. The dome comes with the "Abgenommen" depot stamp but no exact date. Early "apple-green" color as typical for around 1938. Originally applied rivets from even more brighter color. The prongs were never opened. Lining, ring, shell and rivets always belonged together.
The factory color covers 100% of the shell. Only a few minor light scratches. The national decal is 98%. The eagle decal about 95%. Both show only minor signs of wear.
Soft leather liner with original cord. Again, only minor signs of wear. "56" size stamped. Soft leather chin strap without a maker's mark or date.
"4586" lot numbered as well as "Q64" maker (Quist) and size stamped to the shell.
Condition 1-. Very hard to upgrade!
