Early M35 Heer helmet issued with two decals. A very well worn helmet which looks to have been worn throughout the entire war. You can see bits of the original apple green color and rest of a rough fieldgrey color this helmet received during the war. Both colors are nearly entirely worn off.
Both decals are in place but again, well worn. The eagle decal is about 70-80%. The national decal about 50%.
The liner is still soft and comes with the original cord. It is "59" size marked. The original cord is still there. The white stains will clean off.
The chin strap was shortened and comes with a small crack. It is still flexible.
A great character helmet which certainly could tell some story.
