A rare Bavarian reservist's mug to August Müller serving with Bekleidungsamt München, 2. Kompanie from 1914 until 1916.
The porcelain mug comes with an excellent glass prism to the top of the lid. Furthermore very nice colored pictures around the mug. Lettering "Erinnerung an den großen Weltkrieg 1914/1915". The lithophane bottom has the typical soldier and maiden scene. Well visible when the mug is held against the light. Original pewter lid.
0.5-litre mug. No chipping. No damage.
Very nice condition.

(Bekleidungsamt = administration department, where the military service clothing for the troops was stored and issued)
